Shipping 

What are the shipping charges? 

- Free standard shipping on all orders. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of your order. 

- Should you require your purchase sooner, please select alternative shipping method at checkout for a fee.

- At this time we are not shipping international

What is the turnaround for my order to ship? 

- Le Nue will ship out your order within 24-48 hours of purchase completion.

My item arrived damages due to shipping, what should I do? 

- We are so sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we may address accordingly.

My package was stolen? What should I do?

- Le Nue won’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your package is shipped to a secure location.

What is the right size for me? 

- Most styles differ in sizing. We have added a size chart next to each product for your convenience. However, if you still have sizing questions, you may reach us via e-mail or by phone. We will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

I received my item and it was damaged, what should I do? 

- Do not worry! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please call us at 954-900-9032 and a Le Nue team member will assist you in obtaining a replacement for the damaged item.
